Che&Co, a dynamic political consulting firm partnering with lawmakers, political, and social figures, is seeking a Digital Campaign Lead to revolutionize youth engagement in politics. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and politically astute individual to design and lead groundbreaking digital media campaigns aimed at reshaping the perceptions of young adults (21-29) about politics and politicians.

Responsibilities:
– Independently conceptualize, design, and execute innovative digital media campaigns targeting youth aged 21-29.
– Develop strategies to effectively shift youth perceptions of politics and politicians, leveraging insights from psychology and current trends.
– Integrate glamorous and engaging elements into campaign content to maximize reach and impact.
– Lead all aspects of campaign implementation, including content creation, platform management, and performance analysis.
– Conduct on-camera interviews with political figures and actively participate in campaign visuals.
– Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze data, and adapt strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
Requirements:
Age: 20-30 years old.
A keen and demonstrable interest in politics.
3-5 years of proven experience in leading successful social media campaigns, with a strong portfolio of past work.
Exceptional understanding of digital media landscapes and emerging trends.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop impactful campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to be on camera and interview public figures.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Duration: This is a 4-month contract position with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and campaign success.
Salary: NPR 60,000 – 100,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
