We are seeking reliable and motivated Full-Time Riders to join our growing team to operate company-owned electric scooters for ride-sharing, delivery, and service rental tasks. We will provide you with an electric scooter, a fixed monthly salary, and chances to earn more. If you are honest, hardworking, and like riding, we would love to have you on our team.
Role Overview
As a Full-Time Rider, you will use a company-provided electric scooter to complete ride-sharing and delivery tasks through apps like Pathao, InDrive, and Foodmandu. You will also handle commercial tasks such as delivering invitations, running errands, and supporting small logistics jobs. In addition, you may lead cultural and food tours for tourists, helping them explore local places in a fun and friendly way.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and complete rides/deliveries through platforms like Pathao, InDrive, and Foodmandu.
- Meet a minimum daily company income quota as per the company’s policy.
- Conduct scheduled errands or logistics support runs on an hourly, half-day, or full-day basis.
- Guide tourists around heritage sites and local food spots (training will be provided).
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Maintain professionalism during direct interactions with clients.
- Keep your scooter clean, charged, and report any issues.
Requirements
- A valid (two-wheeler) driving license
- Prior experience in ride-sharing, delivery, or logistics preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to operate ride-sharing apps,GPS, and basic mobile tools.
- Ability to interact positively with customers.
- Punctual, respectful, polite and able to manage time independently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Rs 25000/ month
- Performance based bonuses:Incentives for achieving or exceeding performance targets.
- Electric Scooter: Provided by the company (no need to own your own vehicle)
- Helmet, Lock & GPS Device: Included with the scooter for safety and tracking
- Training & Orientation: Provided before you start (includes app use, safety, customer interaction)
Working hours: 6 days a week, 8 hrs minimum a day

मुख्य भूमिका
राइडरको रूपमा तपाईंले कम्पनीले दिएको ई–स्कूटर चलाएर तलका कामहरू गर्नुहुनेछ:
- पथाओ, इन्ड्राइभ, फुडमाण्डुजस्ता एपमार्फत राइड र डेलिभरी गर्नु।
- कार्ड, निम्तो पत्र, सामान आदि पुर्याउने साना कामहरू गर्नु।
- पर्यटकहरूलाई सांस्कृतिक तथा खाना टुरमा लिएर जानु (तालीम दिइनेछ)।
- ट्राफिक नियम पालना गर्नु।
- ग्राहकसँग व्यवहार गर्दा विनम्र र व्यावसायिक रहनु।
- स्कूटर सफा राख्नु, चार्ज गर्नु र समस्या भए रिपोर्ट गर्नु।
योग्यता
- दुईपांग्रे सवारी चालक अनुमतिपत्र (लाइसेन्स) अनिवार्य।
- पहिल्यै राइड–शेयरिङ वा डेलिभरीमा काम गरेको अनुभव भए राम्रो, नभए पनि हुन्छ।
- मोबाइल एपहरू, जीपीएस आदि चलाउन जान्ने।
- ग्राहकसँग राम्रो व्यवहार गर्न सक्ने।
- समयको पालन गर्ने, इमानदार र जिम्मेवार हुनु आवश्यक।
तलब र सुविधा
- मासिक तलब: रु २५,०००/–
- प्रदर्शन अनुसार बोनस: लक्ष्य पुरा वा बढी गरेमा थप आम्दानी।
- इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटर: कम्पनीले दिनेछ, आफ्नै चाहिंदैन।
- हेल्मेट, लक र जीपीएस उपकरण: सुरक्षा र ट्र्याकिङका लागि दिइनेछ।
- तालीम: काम सुरु गर्नु अघि एप प्रयोग, सुरक्षा र ग्राहक व्यवहार सम्बन्धी तालीम दिइनेछ।
काम गर्ने समय
- हप्ता मा ६ दिन
- दैनिक न्यूनतम ८ घण्टा काम गर्नु पर्नेछ।
