About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team in Lalitpur. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in baking, particularly in creating cakes and dry products with a long shelf life. This role is crucial as we set up and oversee the operations of a new bakery. You will also be responsible for training and guiding staff members to maintain high standards in all bakery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and produce a wide range of baked goods, including cakes and dry products with long shelf life.
– Set up and oversee daily operations in the bakery, ensuring quality and consistency.
– Train and mentor staff on baking techniques, safety protocols, and efficient workflow.
– Manage inventory, including the sourcing of ingredients and equipment.
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of baking techniques and shelf-stable products.
– Ability to set up and manage bakery operations.
– Excellent training and communication skills.
– No formal education is required, but proven experience is essential.

– सामग्री र उपकरणको जोहो गर्नु।
– सबै स्वास्थ्य र सुरक्षाका नियमहरू पालना गर्दै सफा र व्यवस्थीत कार्यक्षेत्र बनाउनु।
